As an Art Coordinator it is my job to maintain organization within my team by creating and maintaining schedules and project trackers. I am responsible for managing up to 10,000 items and designs and I oversee of each one through every step of the process from initial development to production. I work directly with the artists on my team to assign these tasks out accordingly to complete projects under a tight production deadline. I also directly communicate with other teams such as Licensing and Creative Development and help to provide problem resolution when needed.

Art QC Specialist
Fanatics, Inc. | March '22 - November '22
As a QC Specialist it was my job to review art assets to ensure they were meeting the quality and consistency with the vision of the project. This role required a keen eye for design and close attention to detail, as well as proficient knowledge in Adobe Illustrator. It was my responsibility to maintain communication with the artists on my team regarding necessary revisions or when artwork has been approved for submission to Licensing. Additionally, I would help to create master templates in Adobe Illustrator to create a quicker workflow for future projects.
